  2. All study materials made available to you as a course participant (i.e. videos / notes / summaries / quizzes) are for your personal use only. This implies that sharing these materials with anybody else, in physical / digital form or via sharing of your userid and password is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you do, and your course reporting data provides sufficient evidence for it, finRGB reserves the right to both terminate your access immediately without any refunds and charge you for each additional user that would have registered with finRGB had you not shared that material.
  3. Course participants may not download, upload, copy, modify, print (unless the purpose of the material, say a notes / summary document intends you to print them), transmit, transfer, make or distribute copies of finRGB study materials in whole or in part. If you transfer possession of any copy or modification of these materials to any third party, your license to use them is automatically terminated, upon which all access to these materials will be discontinued.

  3. Our courses designed for professional certification preparation assume a foundational understanding of the subject matter. The ‘Instructor Support’ feature is included in our courses to ensure a clear comprehension of the course materials. We do not limit the number of questions you can send to the support email, as long as these are genuine in nature. However, please note that questions that fall into the following categories will not be addressed:
    • Questions that are off-topic or outside the scope of the course curriculum.
    • Queries that lack prior self-reflection on the part of the course participant.
    • Questions posed as a substitute for actively engaging with the course materials.
    • Questions who’s number exceeds a level that can be considered ‘fair use’ of instructor time and resources.

Unlike physical goods, online courses cannot be ‘returned’ once they have been accessed, and hence finRGB will not provide any refunds for courses purchased. To make sure you are paying for courses that suit your learning needs, there are sample resources available on the finRGB portal that you can access free of charge (no credit card required). You are requested to register for any given course only after you are satisfied about the contents and suitability of the course for your learning needs. You will be solely responsible for any software / hardware / bandwidth requirements that videos based courses require. Solely the lack of such requirements will not be entertained as the reason for requesting for refunds.

7. In Event of Breach

  1. As already pointed out above, it is the account holder who is responsible for maintaining the password and protecting all aspects of the account. Therefore, in the event that the security of an account is breached, it is the account holder who will be solely held responsible for it. In the event that any unauthorized copies, recordings, reproduction and / or distribution of any study materials is traced to your user account, you would be financially liable to finRGB towards any financial losses borne by finRGB on account of such unauthorized transmission or leakage.
  2. As soon as the above is confirmed, your account with finRGB will be suspended and your access to courses that you currently have access to, will lapse immediately. No requests will be entertained whatsoever about refunds (partial or full) for the cost of purchase of these courses. Your access to finRGB.com will be permanently removed for the future also.
  3. Breach of copyright, illegal dissemination of resources etc. will be treated very seriously. It will also amount to reporting of this behavior to any professional organizations / charters that you are a member of, or are seeking to become a member of.
