It was very daunting starting studying FRM as I did not know anyone else taking the course. Bhuvnesh at FinRGB has formed a community of students which made the whole process less lonely! The FinRGB course is logically laid out and I found I barely opened the course books themselves, finding Bhuvnesh’s notes and videos much more useful and intuitive. I found the test questions are an excellent tool to help remember what I’d learned and Bhuvnesh was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. I have no doubt that without the course I would not have passed both exams in my first attempt!
I had subscribed to the finRGB courses for both Part I and II of FRM. What I truly liked about the course is the genuine interest shown by Bhuvnesh to ensure that the students learn not only what’s required to pass the exams but to truly understand the concepts behind the material. The video lessons were precise and up to the mark and helped me a great deal in the initial study of the material as well as in revising them towards the end of the preparation. Honestly at times, the videos can be too detailed and off topic when it comes to the FRM exam but I would still recommend anyone whose willing to go beyond the FRM curriculum and learn the subject matter in a very detailed oriented and systematic manner, to take up the video course as the concepts that you will learn in those videos will stay with you beyond the FRM exams. I started my preparations for FRM with a local provider and rapidly realised that the quality of pedagogy was far from sufficient to clear the rigorous FRM exams successfully. I enrolled at finRGB for preparation for FRM Part II (which I cleared in single attempt) sans any hesitation and I am extremely grateful to Bhuvnesh Sir for the methodical and clear lesson plans that made the preparation for the vast and overwhelming Part II curriculum much easier to handle and undertake. Prior to enrolling, I had gone through some of the videos at finRGB’s YouTube page, which gave me enough confidence to go ahead with taking up this course.
